Tora Frogner (b. 1991) is an upcoming Copenhagen-based Norwegian artist who works with sculpture, site-specific installations and mixed-media. She has exhibited in Europe and North America, and her art has been sold to buyers in, for instance, Australia, France, Spain and Norway. She is represented at BOON in Paris, and Sirin Gallery and The Audo in Copenhagen. She is co-editor of the art book Offentlighedens Rum (Spaces of the Public, 2018), a collection of images and texts reflecting upon the use and stories of public spaces with contributions from Mamma Andersson, Olafur Eliasson, SUPERFLEX, Tal R, Frode Grytten and 23 other Nordic artists.

Frogner generally works with multiple materials, and often comes back to materials like paper and clay in her art. In her artworks, Tora Frogner captures atmospheres in nature as materialised and anonymous portraits. Abstract forms, solitary in posture, creating a landscape of an odd existence, undecisive of whether its force is one of vitality or of decay.
